Why is it free for chefs?
The roster is the shopfront. A thin roster makes the business side worthless, so we would rather have every serious professional in the network than charge them for the privilege of being found.
What does verification cost?
Nothing. We confirm employment with the employer and qualifications with the institution at our own expense, because the badge is only worth what the checking behind it is worth.
Is a Business subscription required to hire?
No. You can brief a project or a search without a subscription and pay the placement or project fee on delivery. The subscription is for teams who want to search and contact the pool themselves.
How does consulting pricing work?
Separately from membership. Consulting, pre-opening and search are quoted per engagement — project fee, retainer or a percentage of salary. The table below is the full commercial model.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month with no exit fee. Annual plans carry a discount and a twelve-month term.
